I had a great opportunity to use "Mindscape" at work on Monday. My June roster had been published and my emergency on call duties were all in the first 2 weeks and mainly weekend duties of 24 hour shifts. I went into my Workshop and invited the roster-master for a chat. He explained the unavoidable reasons for my roster and promised he would make it up to me in July. The next day when he came in to work he started to chat with me about how my night duty went, my June duties came up and he said almost exactly word for word what he had said in my Workshop the night before! I wasn't surprised but more amazed at the fact how powerful the right brain can be!
